Rhiannon is currently on Maternity Leave until 2025, but is contactable via email. Rhiannon studied at the University of South Australia, completing her Human Movement (Bachelor of Applied Science) studies in 2005. She then continued her study and graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2008. Since that time she has worked in Musculoskeletal private practices and on-site corporate Occupational Physiotherapy services. She is also a qualified Pilates and Fitness Instructor. Rhiannon has a passion for sport. She was a dancer through childhood, and at University started rowing, which saw her compete at National and International levels. More recently, looking for a new challenge, Rhiannon hung up the oars and switched to Triathlon. Her most recent accomplishment was competing at the 2018 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in South Africa. She is always searching for new challenges and race destinations! Rhiannon is a registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Thomas graduated from Flinders University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/ Master of Physiotherapy. He enjoys working with people of all ages to achieve their health goals and has experience working in clinical, community and aged care settings. Thomas believes in treating through a combination of exercise and manual therapy to best manage pain and optimise physical function. Thomas has a passion for sports, especially cycling, triathlon and golf. Following these passions has seen Thomas undertake further education to obtain a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 certification in Golf Physiotherapy, and a Level 1 Physio BikeFit certification also. Thomas is a registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Matthew graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Physiotherapy) in 2019. He has 3 years of experience in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, and 2 years of experience working in Acute Care. Matthew is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals and live their best lives. Matthew adopts a range of manual therapy techniques in combination with exercise therapy to reduce pain and improve physical function. He firmly believes in helping others to become more resilient through appropriate strengthening and conditioning. Matthew has diverse interests in sports and performing arts. He played basketball throughout high school, and picked up hip hop dancing right after. Since then, he has participated in dance performances, choreographed, and led dance teams in live productions. As an avid gym-goer, Matthew enjoys challenging himself to get stronger through power lifting. Matthew is a registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Amelia is currently on Maternity Leave until mid 2025. Amelia graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017. She has 4 years of experience in Musculoskeletal Private Practice and 1 year in Aged Care. Amelia enjoys helping people reach their goals, whether that be related to sport, work, gardening, or daily activities. Amelia believes in a sustainable approach to exercise, by keeping them goal-focused and the number of exercises manageable. She also has a strong emphasis on manual therapy to improve function and reduce pain. Outside of the clinic Amelia enjoys running, yoga and walking her two dogs. Amelia is a registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
