Kylie Rankin graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2000 at The University of South Australia. She is an experienced Musculoskeletal, Manual Physiotherapist having worked predominantly in Private Practice throughout her career. Kylie specialises in Pilates Rehabilitation and Women’s Health Physiotherapy and is now an educator for Polestar Pilates Australia. She works closely with a number of GPs, Urologists, Gynaecologists and Obstetricians to aid in the treatment of women during all of life’s stages, especially during the adolescent; antenatal/postnatal, peri/postmenopausal periods as well as assisting to treat pelvic pain, endometriosis, overactive/underactive pelvic floor muscles, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and a wide range of Women’s health issues. Kylie has a special interest in treating pelvic pain, lumbo-pelvic rehabilitation, pelvic floor rehabilitation and correction of movement dysfunction through using the Pilates Method. Kylie has extensive post-graduate qualifications in Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has completed a Professional Certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (Uni of SA) in 2019. Kylie has also gained advanced certificates in Dry Needling as a part of her treatment repertoire. She is a member of The Australian Physiotherapy Association; Women’s Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Australia and Continence Foundation of Australia.

I love working as a Physiotherapist and teaching Physiotherapy. Married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Played lots of sport and competed as a distance runner. Now play golf, run a Nordic Walking group, hike, and attend gym. I have taught yoga and learnt the Kinetic Link Training system (functional strength training). I want to work more with healthy aging especially in the areas of fitness, strength and mobility. Oh and wine, coffee and conversation. I specialise in Sports, Musculoskeletal, Nordic Walking, Kinetic Link Training with special interest in Pelvic/Hip, Foot and Ankle, Elbow plus general sports, spinal and musculoskeletal problems. I love working with runners, football, netball, rowing, golf, weightlifting, yoga and people keeping fit. Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2013. Since then, she has been working as a physiotherapist in the private sector with interests in musculoskeletal, women’s health and dance related physiotherapy. Always eager to learn more, Erin enjoys undertaking regular professional development leading to better care for her patients. Erin enjoys undertaking regular professional development leading to qualifications in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling. Erin’s focus is to not only treat injuries directly, but to also work with clients to develop appropriate strategies and exercises to help prevent reoccurrence. Erin has a passion in dance-based physiotherapy having spent 20 years dancing professionally and competing at national and international levels in a variety of dance styles. She has also gained a Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management from the Australian Teachers of Dance (ATOD) and has been teaching dance in Adelaide for 10 years. This keen interest in dance physiotherapy has lead to regular trips both in Australia and the USA to complete training and clinical mentorships with Dance Medicine’s most prestigious clinicians. Erin has worked with dancers from a variety of world-renowned pedigrees including the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, the School of American Ballet and dancers currently performing on Broadway.
