Christian is an experienced podiatrist who strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his patients. He has been consulting in his own private practice for over 20 years in the Eastern suburbs and looks forward to meeting and working with the local Adelaide Hills community. As a podiatrist, he has experience working with patients of all ages and stages and enjoys a strong continuity of care with those he treats. From sporting clubs and injuries, to patients with chronic disease, the elderly and for all of those in between, he is here to help. His management involves talking a thorough medical and clinical history, in conjunction with a detailed assessment to make an accurate diagnosis. Christian will take into consideration all aspects of a patient’s situation and combine it with his experienced assessment to create a treatment plan that is individualised and thoughtful. Christian has a wide range of experience and skills and can help you with: General Podiatry (including nail and skin care) Sports Podiatry Biomechanical Assessment Ingrown Toenail Treatment Footwear assessments Strength and Conditioning Diabetes assessment Orthotic management Pre/Post Surgical Rehabilitation. Christian welcomes new patients and will certainly do his best to accommodate any urgent appointments. He is pleased to accept EPC referrals and more importantly, bulk bills patients for any visits allocated for podiatry, as part of an active care plan put in place with their GP. All EPC referrals can be faxed to the practice directly on (08) 7109 0028, for prompt approval. Private patients will benefit from instant rebates through your private health fund. Christian has strong roots in the football community and enjoys working with local sporting clubs, to get them back on their feet. He also enjoys assisting patients of all ages and mobilities, to keep you moving. In his spare time he enjoys time with his family and coaching football.
Kevin completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of South Australia, and will soon complete his post-graduate Masters of Sports Rehabilitation degree through the University of Melbourne. Kevin regularly attends professional development courses as another way to further his development as a physiotherapy practitioner and to keep up to date with the best evidence-based practice. Kevin knows the importance of maintaining our health and well-being in all stages of life. He has previous experience in post-orthopaedic care/rehabilitation having worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Burnside War Memorial Hospital during the final year of his Physiotherapy degree. Additionally, Kevin has worked in Aged Care, providing pain management strategies, rehabilitation and running residential and community-based exercises classes. He enjoys all areas of physiotherapy however; his interest lies in musculoskeletal problems especially physical activity/sports-based injuries. This passion is what led him to pursue his post-graduate studies. Kevin believes in providing the appropriate treatment and management that is facilitated by the necessary education. He believes that working with the patient will provide the best outcome for their recovery. Outside work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling, being active at the gym, and watching films. Languages spoken: Kevin speaks English, Vietnamese, and Cantonese.
Megan is passionate about wellbeing and holistic health care. She has been working in the health field as a yoga teacher for 7 years before expanding her skills into Remedial Massage. Her intention for training as a Remedial Massage Therapist was to complement her existing practice and increase her abilities in helping clients with their quality of life. Megan began her journey as a yoga teacher in Queensland after completing 350-hour Teacher Training in 2014 with Kate Pell. She next spent 7 years in New Zealand, Waihi Beach teaching students from all walks of life. She collaborated with other professionals to deliver retreats, workshops and special events based around bodywork, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breath work. Alongside group classes Megan dedicated time for private tuition with students focusing on their specific health challenges which is a passion of hers. Megan relocated home to Adelaide in 2021 with her young family and has since completed her Remedial Massage studies with Evolve College in Adelaide. Her approach to massage is client centred with a holistic approach to practice. She has the highest regard for the individual and intuitively works with her clients throughout their treatment. Megan holds strong value in nurturing relationships and the individual to ensure their experience is wholesome and harmonious. Since becoming qualified, Megan has completed further studies in Hot Stone Massage, Gwa Sha, Fire Cupping and Pregnancy Massage. Being of service within the local community is important to Megan and she listens to her clients and looks for ways to broaden her knowledge and skills with ongoing professional development to increase her adaptability in practice. Megan is passionate about women’s health, occupational burn out, mental health, low level chronic stress, chronic fatigue, nurturing the nervous system, sleep deprivation, prevention and supporting clients to thrive. Megan is Mum to three beautiful children and loves immersing herself in nature. She holds great love for being connected with the outdoors and creating a sustainable life for her family and for generations to come. Languages spoken: Megan speaks English.
