When I’m not at Goodwood Chiropractic I am: Keeping fit with exercise and strength training…followed by eating delicious fresh organic foods…followed by reading inspirational books…..and of course enjoying spending time with my wife, Kerry and watching our beautiful little girl, Cara grow up before my eyes.
