Louise is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with more than 17 years’ experience in private practice, and a mother of two (highly energetic) children. She has a realistic, contemporary, and professional approach to helping people with both psychological issues and life’s stressful “what the” moments, which she does using a client-centred and strengths-based approach. She provides a non-judgmental and a safe therapeutic environment in which she helps people work through life’s challenges, address their issues, acquire new skills and practical strategies, and create a life worth living. She is experienced in working with adults with a variety of issues including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment issues, parenting difficulties, trauma, and stress. She is trained and experienced in using a variety of psychological methods including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Alexandra is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical Psychologist.
