Dr Albert Wu previously worked at Regency Medical Clinic as our GP Registrar and will be returning from 27th May to work Tuesday afternoons and all day Fridays.
Meena will be working at Sefton Park.

Dr Mellor joined our practice in September 2017. She graduated from Adelaide University with Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2005. In 2012 she finished the Fellowship in General Practice with awards for Academic Excellence including the David Game Medal for clinical skills. Her special interests include Women’s Health, Shared Obstetric Care, Infertility, Weight Management, Paediatrics, Sexual Health and Mental Health. She is able to do implanon insertions/removals. Dr Mellor is also currently an examiner for the Royal Australian College of GPs and has been for 5 years. She will be consulting at both our Sefton Park and Prospect locations.
Dr Siggs is fully accredited in the practice of primary care skin cancer medicine and surgery by the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA), and the only doctor in Adelaide to be awarded Fellowship of SCCA. Dr Siggs offers extensive experience in primary care skin cancer medicine and surgery, comprising all aspects of the diagnosis and management of skin cancer, including BCC, Bowen’s, SCC, melanoma in situ and early invasive melanoma. Services that are provided include but are not limited to: Full skin checks, Consulting service for opinion/management, Urgent skin spot checks, Management of all types of skin cancer, Topical therapies, Surgical procedures (biopsies, excisions, simple and complex closures).
Dr Tran is a partner at Regency and returned here in 2013 after being a registrar with us previously. He gained extensive experience working at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Women’s & Children’s Hospital before joining General Practice training and attaining his RACGP fellowship in 2011. Dr Tran finds working as a General Practitioner both challenging and extremely rewarding. He is motivated by the ability to form trusting, long-term relationships with patients and the opportunity to provide the most consistent, high quality healthcare through their life. He practices evidence based medicine and enjoys all facets of General Practice, particularly preventive health, chronic disease management, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular Disease, Paediatric (children’s) health, minor surgical procedures, Implanon removals and insertions. He believes medicine is forever evolving and hence he never stops learning. He is able to conduct consultations in Vietnamese if required. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, catching up with family and friends, food/eating, watching movies, music, cars, motorbikes and sports.
Dr Tran graduated from University of Tasmania in 2002, and completed his fellowship with the RACGP through the Sturt Fleurieu General Practice Training Program. He started working with the Regency Medical Clinic team in December of 2016. His special interest includes Paediatric Health, Preventative Medicine, Skin Cancer treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys gym, hiking, outdoor activities. A nice Shiraz, Whiskey or Cognac.
Dr Nguyen is a partner at Regency and has been here since 1995. He is interested in cardiovascular disease prevention, including the treatment of diabetes, hypertension and obesity. His key motivation in treating patients is to see his patients healthy and happy. Outside of work he enjoys gardening.
Dr Staridas first worked at Regency in 2013 as a registrar and in 2015, returned to work with us on a permanent basis. His key motivation in treating patients is to improve patient’s health, not just in the short term, but also long term by preventing serious illness and creating a therapeutic relationship. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, football, cricket, tennis, golf, fishing and cooking.
Dr Mauviel graduated from Adelaide University in 1994. He completed FRACGP in 1998. His other qualifications include a Diploma of Child Health (SA) and a Certificate in Advanced Sports Medicine. He has been working at Regency Medical Clinic since 1996. His special interests include paediatrics, sports medicine, chronic disease and psychiatry. He places an emphasis on trying to provide the highest level of care.
Dr Sheela Rajan has worked at the Regency Medical Clinic since 2001. She consults on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays and is interested in providing care to all patients and enjoys this variety that is intrinsic to General Practice.
Dr Curnow has worked at the Regency Medical Clinic since 2001. She has an interest in all areas of General Practice, especially Mental Health illness. She is particularly motivated to work with any patients who avoid medical care due to anxiety.

Dr Klaric has been at Regency since 1994. He graduated from Adelaide University, and did his training at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Women’s and Children’s Hospital (then it was called the Adelaide Children’s Hospital). He has been in full time General Practice for 30 years and enjoys all aspects of patient care, however he has a special interest in Diabetes and Depression. Stephen is happy to see new patients. His key motivator is to provide quality care and always get the best possible result for patients. He consults in Croatian, Polish and Russian languages.

Prof. Clifton is a general physician specialising in endocrinology/dyslipidaemia. He has been Head of the Clinical Research Unit at CSIRO Health Sciences and Nutrition since 1994, and been theme leader for Obesity and Health since 2004. He is now responsible for all food and health related research in both CSIRO Human Nutrition and Food Science Australia. Prof. Clifton has developed strategies to modify cardiovascular risk, and in recent years broadened the focus to the control of obesity and obesity-related conditions, including management of hyperglycaemia and disordered lipids in diabetic and insulin-resistant subjects, and strategies to modify macronutrient intake in order to optimise weight loss in the obese. Prof. Clifton is responsible for the management of a specialised support team comprising research dietitians, registered nurses and clinical trial managers, which plans and coordinates volunteer studies, conducts pre-launch product testing and efficacy trials, offers consultancy services, provides research advice and literature reviews, and conducts education and information programs.
General Practitioner with expertise in various medical consultations. Dr Muhammad Saad Durrani is an accredited supervisor and supports doctors in their training pathway to fellowship. Dr Durrani has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes in Primary Care. Diabetes and other chronic disease management Adolescent and Children Health Men’s Health.
Dr Bhardwaj is a RACGP Fellow with many years of experience in general practice. Dr Bhardwaj graduated his degree in New Delhi, India in 1996 and worked as a GP for many years before moving to Australia in 2012. He has interests in all aspects of general practice including family medicine, men and women’s health, childhood and adolescent medicine and chronic disease.
Dr Jay (M Jahangir) is an experienced physician and holds three postgraduate specialist qualifications. He is a Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan and Fellow of Royal Australian College of General practitioners. He is also a member of Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is fully registered with the General Medical council of United Kingdom. He is also a registered specialist with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority. He graduated from Pakistan in 1998 and completed his specialist qualification in 2005 from Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, Pakistan. Since then he worked as consultant physician in Pakistan. He had an opportunity to be a clinical coordinator for fellowship Exams. He experienced to work in United Kingdom before migrating to Australia in 2011. He believes in knowledge sharing and teaching clinical skills to juniors. He performs all procedures (Implanon, skin excision, nail surgeries) and manages all major chronic diseases, particularly Diabetes.
Dr Joanna Price graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2010, and completed her General Practice Fellowship exams in 2014. Her special interests in medicine are paediatrics, women’s health including gynaecological issues, contraception including implants and intrauterine device insertion and obstetric shared care, as well as dermatology and skin cancer checks.
Dr. John Smith is a highly experienced General Practitioner, known for his expertise in family medicine and preventative care. He has been serving the community with dedication and compassion for over 20 years.
Dr Veenu Mohindra is an Adelaide GP consulting from Pro Health Care Hope Valley with interests in Women’s Health, Chronic Disease Management and Facial Rejuvenation. Previously, she was a very popular GP at the Ladywood Clinic in Modbury Heights.
Dr Rakesh Mohindra is a very experienced general practitioner with over 30 years of experience in private practice. Dr Mohindra serves on the Medical Board of South Australia and has a keen interest in teaching young and internationally trained doctors. He is consulting from our Doctors Surgery in Adelaide with an interest in Paediatrics, Chronic Disease Management and Aged Care.
Dr Montanaro is a Clinical Director at our Norwood practice where she also undertakes the position of Primary Supervisor for our GP Registrars. Having served as President of the AMA in South Australia and on the College Executive as well as being an examiner of students and registrars, Dr Montanaro has a passion for education and mentoring aspiring doctors.
Dr Grant Baker graduated from medical school at the University of Adelaide in 1993. He undertook his intern year at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he also worked in the Emergency Department after undertaking some anaesthetics training in the United Kingdom. Dr Baker completed his Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and General Practice later in his career. He is the current Club Doctor for the Glenelg Football Club and a Medical Educator for the GPex Registrar Training Program throughout South Australia.
Dr Ellen Horner is a female GP consulting at our Norwood Medical Centre in Adelaide with an interest in family health, holding a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, as well as a Diploma in Child Health. Dr Horner brings with her a vast array of experiences from working in rural South Australia where she has developed skills in Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Chronic Disease Management.
Dr Jaein Lee is a Korean speaking female GP Registrar consulting at our Family Medical Practice in Norwood, Adelaide. Dr Jaein Lee was born in Korea and grew up in Toronto, Canada. She has completed her medical training at Flinders University. In addition to preventative medicine and general health, Jaein has special interests in paediatrics (completed Diploma of Child Health in 2016) and dermatology.
Dr Tess Gieroba is a GP Registrar consulting at our Pro Health Care Kensington Road (Norwood) location. She is interested in all aspects of general practice medicine.
