Monika has worked in the complementary and alternative health industry since 1997 as a fitness instructor/personal trainer and relaxation massage therapist, continuing studies in 2001-2002 to complete the Diploma of Remedial Massage. Having worked in the massage industry for over 20 years ago, Monika has developed her massage skills and experience in a variety of settings.

Caroline Brilliant is an ATMS accredited remedial massage therapist with over 20 years' experience in the industry. Her training in Naturopathy informs her holistic approach to massage and treatment and she is passionate about her clients' overall wellbeing. She takes a keen interest in understanding the true underlying causes of her patient’s symptoms as part of their treatment plan.
