Ben is a dedicated remedial massage therapist with a passion for movement and well-being. Ben holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from TAFE SA and is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT). Ben combines technical expertise with genuine care for holistic health. With extensive experience in customer service roles, Ben excels in interpersonal skills and client satisfaction. He pursued a career in remedial massage out of a deep interest in the human body, and utilises massage techniques including myofascial release and trigger point therapy to assist in managing muscle tightness and tension, and aid muscle and performance recovery. Ben is active in the soccer community as both coach and player and understands the demands sport, training and occupations can place on the body.
