Josh has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years, working as a Personal Trainer and Physio Assistant, to further his knowledge and ability to help others, he gained his Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in September 2020. Outside of work Josh is studying his Bachelor of Psychology.
