Anuja has worked the last 12 months in another South Australian Private Practice. She has special interests in musculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedic post surgical rehabilitation along with geriatric rehabilitation and Women’s Health. She enjoys and finds it very rewarding to see her patients recover from their pain or injuries and resume their normal daily functioning. She believes in using evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy and dry needling in combination with exercise prescription to develop rehabilitation programs. Working with her patients to develop plans to achieve day to day individual goals and guiding her clients towards full recovery. Anuja is fluent with English, Hindi & Gujarati. Outside of work she loves to cook different cuisine, being physically active and has special interest in meditation and yoga.
