Candida joined Primecare Physio and Pilates Studio in 2022, and has been working in the health and wellness industry in her own business – At Ease Candid Health for the past 30 years, working in schools and her own private practice and currently focusing on her own private practice. She also has a radio show with Radio Italia Uno 87.6FM, called Mind, Body, Heart Health, where she shares information about health and wellness. She has a diploma in Adult Education from the University of SA and is certified in all the therapies and modalities she works with and uses her teaching skills to empower her clients and students in living their best life, to overcome obstacles and to believe in their own capabilities and personal power. She does this through the services she offers: Spiritual Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Acupressure, Bowen Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Energy Healing, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, Teaching master classes and workshops, and Spiritual/Yoga Retreats both in Bali and Adelaide. Candida is very passionate about life, living, health, the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit, ongoing learning and evolution and the knowing that in order to do better, we need to feel better. She believes that dis-ease and ill health are due to imbalances within our body, mind and spirit and that our natural state is to be in balance and excellent health – to that end, the restoration of balance, she directs a great deal of her energy and focus.
